1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between the 77ee online gaming platform and its users. By accessing this platform and using its services, you are considered to have automatically accepted these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are requested to stop using the platform immediately.

77ee is an entertainment-focused online gaming platform that offers cricket betting, slots, live casino, and various gaming experiences for users in Bangladesh. The platform operates under SSL encryption and fair play principles, ensuring a safe and reliable environment for users.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

The following eligibility requirements must be met to participate on the 77ee platform:

• The user must be at least 21 years old.
• The user must register an account in their own name, and all information provided must be completely accurate.
• The same person may not operate multiple accounts.
• Users must play with their own funds — using borrowed money is prohibited.

3 Account Registration & Management

When creating an account on 77ee, users must provide accurate and complete personal information. The platform reserves the right to close an account immediately if false information is provided.

3.1 Account Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login credentials completely confidential. Sharing a password with any third party is prohibited. If unauthorized access to the account is suspected, the support team should be notified immediately.

3.2 Verification Process

To ensure security and maintain platform integrity, 77ee may verify a user's identity at any time. A national identity card, passport, or other valid documents may be requested for verification. Failure to cooperate with the verification process may result in temporary account suspension.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following policies apply to deposits and withdrawals on the 77ee platform:

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Only the following payment methods are accepted on our platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). No other deposit or withdrawal methods are accepted.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour. However, delays may occur during the verification process.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

It is recommended that the deposit and withdrawal method on an account be the same. 77ee reserves the right to subject unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests to additional verification before processing.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Bonuses and promotional offers from 77ee are provided subject to specific conditions. By accepting a bonus, you are considered to have automatically accepted the applicable terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x, calculated on the bonus amount only. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• A user may not claim the same bonus multiple times using multiple accounts.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned from the bonus are withdrawable, subject to meeting the wagering requirements.
• Bonuses may only be used on games within the platform — they cannot be transferred to third-party accounts.
• Each promotion has a specified validity period; unused bonuses expire at the end of that period.

5.4 VIP Cashback Bonus

As part of the VIP program, members enjoy weekly cashback. The cashback rate increases progressively from the Bronze tier through to the Diamond tier. Full cashback terms are detailed in the VIP section.

6 Gaming Rules

All gaming activities on 77ee are conducted on the basis of fair play principles. Each game has its own rules, which are detailed on the relevant game page.

6.1 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Betting odds are variable and may change up until the event begins. Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled; however, in certain circumstances (event cancellation, abandoned match) the bet may be refunded.

6.2 Live Casino & Slots

Live casino and slot games are operated by established game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and Ezugi. These games use a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play.

6.3 Technical Issues

77ee will not be held responsible for technical errors or internet disconnections that occur during gameplay. However, incomplete games resulting from errors will be resolved in accordance with the applicable policy.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77ee platform:

• Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Creating an account using a false identity.
• Using multiple accounts or collusion methods for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Attempting to influence the system through hacking, malware, or any other unethical technology.
• Playing with funds deposited from a third party's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage against the platform.

If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately and 77ee reserves the right to forfeit all balances and winnings.

8 VIP Program

The 77ee VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback and special benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP tier is determined based on the user's gaming activity and commitment to the platform. Regular activity and increased platform participation are required to advance to a higher tier. 77ee reserves the right to change the terms of VIP cashback and rewards.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

77ee reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• If a breach of terms is suspected.
• Failure or refusal to cooperate with identity verification.
• If fraud or deceptive activity is suspected.
• As a protective measure due to a security risk.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

To voluntarily close your account, submit a request through 24/7 support. If a balance exists, the opportunity to withdraw it will be provided before closure; however, if the account is closed due to unauthorized activity, the balance may be forfeited.

10 Responsible Gaming

• Disruptions caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other uncontrollable circumstances.

13 Changes & Amendments

77ee reserves the right to revise, change, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. In the event of significant changes, an attempt will be made to notify users by email or through the platform.
